We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 days. This estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. For pre-order products, the delivery time will be provided after the order has been placed. A shipping fee of 20 lei applies to orders below 600 lei, while orders over 600 lei benefit from free shipping.
Please note that once the package is handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over the delivery process.

If you choose to collect your order through Showroom Pick-up, please note that this option does not include fitting time. For trying on items or making on-the-spot exchanges, a Showroom Visit Appointment must be scheduled via the “Contact Us” page. This ensures a seamless experience for all customers by respecting appointment slots.
Before finalizing your order, please confirm that your delivery address is accurate. If you realize an error after completing your order, contact our Customer Service team immediately. While we will do our best to update the details, please note that some orders may already be in processing and cannot be altered.

Once we receive and verify your returned items, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 14 business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank’s processing time.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For domestic returns within Romania, any courier (e.g., FanCourier, Cargus, DPD) can be used except for the Romanian Postal Service. Returns sent via the Romanian Postal Service will not be accepted.
If you receive an item without tags, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.
