Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 days. This estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. For pre-order products, the delivery time will be provided after the order has been placed. A shipping fee of 20 lei applies to orders below 600 lei, while orders over 600 lei benefit from free shipping.

Please note that once the package is handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over the delivery process.

Partial Deliveries

For orders containing multiple items, partial deliveries may occur if certain items are temporarily out of stock. We will make every effort to notify you using the contact details provided during checkout.

We recommend retaining proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email, receipt, or invoice, for reference in case any issues arise.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped from Romania.

  • Domestic Shipping: We partner with FanCourier for deliveries within Romania. Alternatively, you can opt for Showroom Pick-up in RM. VALCEA, free of charge.
  • International Shipping: For orders outside Romania, we collaborate with DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed during checkout.

If you have specific delivery inquiries or require an alternative shipping method, feel free to contact us, and we will assist promptly.

Showroom Pick-up

If you choose to collect your order through Showroom Pick-up, please note that this option does not include fitting time. For trying on items or making on-the-spot exchanges, a Showroom Visit Appointment must be scheduled via the “Contact Us” page. This ensures a seamless experience for all customers by respecting appointment slots.

Address Changes

Before finalizing your order, please confirm that your delivery address is accurate. If you realize an error after completing your order, contact our Customer Service team immediately. While we will do our best to update the details, please note that some orders may already be in processing and cannot be altered.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is requested, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or deny the request based on courier policies.

Returns and Refunds

 

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All garment tags remain attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your returned items, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 14 business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank’s processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For domestic returns within Romania, any courier (e.g., FanCourier, Cargus, DPD) can be used except for the Romanian Postal Service. Returns sent via the Romanian Postal Service will not be accepted.

Exceptions

  • Items returned without original tags may not be accepted.
  • Damaged or soiled returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
  • Items altered in any way (e.g., shortened, resized) are non-returnable. By law, customized or modified clothing is not eligible for return.

If you receive an item without tags, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.
